COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Mandatory Requirements:
- Salary: Clinician I ($95K) - Clinician II ($110K)
- Relocation assistance: up to $20,000 negotiable
- Sign-on bonus: 10% of salary negotiable
- Retention bonus: 10% of annual salary at 2-year mark
- Student Loan Repayment through NHSC – ISH
- Annual Base Increase: up to 5% depending on inflation

- We operate a trauma-informed, systems-based, and person-centered behavioral health outpatient clinic serving adults aged 18 and older.
- Our clinicians collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, working with providers within our clinic and system of care.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Clinician I: Master's degree in a behavioral health field (Counseling, Psychology, Social Work); OR PhD/PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- OBTAIN ALASKA CLINICAL LICENSURE WITHIN 4 YEARS OF HIRE
- Clinician II: Meets all Clinician I requirements; PLUS 2 years supervised clinical work experience for master's level Behavioral Health; OR 2 years post-graduate clinical experience for PhD or PsyD level; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Clinician I
