COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS C & A Psychiatry (PSY)
- No state tax
- Salary: $280,000 to $420,763.20 (per experience)
- Relocation - $30k
- Sign on - 10% -15% of base salary
- Retention: 10% of salary 2-year mark
- CME: 5 days allowance
- Student Loan Repayment through - NHSC - ISH
- Merit base salary Increases up to 7% accrues annually
- PTO: Yes - Over 400 hours paid out if not used. Plus 13 Federal Holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS C & A Psychiatry (PSY)- Child and Family Outpatient Services clinic primarily serves youth between the ages of 3 and 21 years and their families.
- Provide individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and couples therapy based on your clinical skill set.
- Our psychiatrists are a part of a multidisciplinary team who work with providers within our program and throughout our system of care.
- Our Integrated System allows for a more in-depth look at patients, affording a better outlook on existing underlying health issues.
