- Up to $325,000 guaranteed salary
- $18,000 Housing allowance provided by employer
- $25,000 Signing bonus
- $10,000 Relocation assistance
- Comprehensive benefits including - $3,000 in CEU, 7% retirement-match, and 30 days PTO (front-loaded)
- $850 monthly / $10,200 annual Tribal contribution towards healthcare premium
- NHSC Federal School Loan assistance, $80,000 over 2 years of service
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Medical Director (MD, DO)- Hybrid role – 50 / 50 split focus between leadership and direct patient care
- Tribal Health - Primary Care Setting
- 100% Outpatient focus
- Monday – Friday schedule
- No Weekend / No call
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Medical Director (MD, DO)- MD / DO - Board Certified / Board Eligible
- Seeking providers with a team mentality and passion to provide quality patient care
- Prior leadership and Tribal Health experience preferred
COMMUNITY Medical Director (MD, DO)- Central location – only an hour to Eugene and Medford, Oregon
