COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry (PSY)

  Pay Range $313,995.53 to $502,392.85
  
  
  
  
  
• Yearly performance-based pay Increases up to 7%
  
• Relocation - $30,000 as needed.
  
• Sign on - 10%-15% of base salary - negotiable
  
• Retention - 10% of annual salary at 2-year mark
  
• Educational assistance: ISH, NHSC, AK Sharp Program
  
• PTO: 6.5 weeks annually  400 hours may be carried over/or payout of not used.
  
• PLUS: 13 Paid holidays
  
• CME: $5K 5 Days
  
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending, 401K, - 4% match, 4% discretionary after two years of employment, 457(b) Deferred Compensation  Disability

  • 50% Clinical / 50% Administrative (Time will be adjusted to provider’s needs)
    
  • M-F 8-hour days
    
  • No after hours
    
  • Clinical oversight of: Outpatient Services, Intensive Case Management Services, Clubhouse Services, Youth residential Services, and Women’s Substance Use Residential Services
    
  • Integrating Psychiatry into current and expanded Intensive Case Management Programs, Enhancing Nurse Case Management incorporation into all programming. Supporting development/Identification of EHR.
