Key Responsibilities:
Delta College is seeking a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Campus Administrative Assistant to join our Covington team. This position plays a vital role in supporting campus operations, maintaining academic records, assisting students and faculty, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the campus.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, data entry, filing, copying, and greeting guests.
- Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for student orientations, including enrollment packets, required documentation, policy reviews, and uniform orders.
- Serve as a liaison between the Campus Director, faculty, staff, and students.
- Order and maintain office, medical, and janitorial supplies.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Process and organize invoices under the direction of the Campus Director.
- Coordinate service requests and maintenance for office equipment, including copiers, printers, postage equipment, and fax machines.
- Serve as the Site Proctor for entrance examinations, including voucher creation, exam monitoring, score reporting, and documentation.
- Process student, faculty, and staff uniform orders.
- Manage transcript and document requests.
- Assist with BLS/CPR course administration, including roster maintenance and e-card distribution.
Academic Support
- Maintain permanent academic records, including gradesheets, booksheets, transcripts, and student files.
- Monitor attendance and grade submissions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Assist with academic scheduling for students, instructors, and courses.
- Maintain textbook inventories and coordinate textbook ordering.
- Process student withdrawals, graduations, and academic file completion.
- Prepare and distribute Certificates of Completion, honor awards, and other academic recognitions.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Prior Administrative, Education, Healthcare, or Clerical experience preferred.
