We are seeking experienced Managing Consultants to support one of our investment bank clients with a strategic program focused on strengthening operational controls, improving margin call and payment accuracy, and embedding sustainable process improvements.

We are seeking strong Business Analysts with a proven background in Banking Operations and Change Management, capable of:

  • Conducting current-state process assessments and process mapping

  • Experience delivering change and process improvement initiatives

  • Understanding of operational controls, risk, and governance

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Exposure to project management is beneficial but not a primary requirement

Expectations Regarding Hybrid Working:

As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy on physically working from the office (which may be the client’s offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client’s policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly, this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita requires. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 or even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our clients’ demands.

Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000 (dependent on experience)

We positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of age, color, disability, national origin, ancestry, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, veteran status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable law.
