Grow with us and be part of our highly rated Early Start program.Position SummaryWe are seeking a caring, knowledgeable Early Intervention Specialist to provide developmental services to infants and toddlers through **engaging, evidence-based, ** programming in a center-based school environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development, enjoys coaching families, and thrives in a multidisciplinary team.ResponsibilitiesConduct developmental assessments, including DAYC assessments, and contribute to IFSP goal development.Provide engaging, evidence-based, developmental sessions in a center-based school setting.Coach caregivers to support ongoing developmental progress at home.Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and service coordinators.Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and required reports.Participate in team meetings, IFSP reviews, and professional development.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Human Development, Social Work, or related field.Experience with infants, toddlers, or children with developmental delays preferred.Strong communication and caregiver-coaching skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).Bilingual languages a plus.CompensationCompetitive salary based on experience.Part-time compensation prorated.BenefitsSupportive, team-centered school environment.Paid training and ongoing professional development.Opportunities for career growth.Flexible scheduling options.401(k) plan with employer matchingPaid healthcare benefitsPaid PTO, holidays, and sick days.
