The Pricing Distribution Tools team supports the Global Pricing Distribution team by building tools to make instituting rules and restrictions on fare filings more efficient and accurate, protecting revenue and ensuring timely offers are delivered to our customers. This Sr. Analyst will be charged with building automated processes, front end interfaces, forms, and applications that have a significant impact on how Revenue Management gets products into market. This role also entails working across multiple Revenue Management groups and cross-commercially to build our DART (Dashboard for Automated RM Tools) application that is responsible for driving many of the critical processes throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate is someone who has strong full stack (back end and front end) experience, thinks creatively, can manage their own work to hit a deadline, and communicates well with business stakeholders. They will have to work across multiple teams, gathering requirements and executing on them, to ensure a high quality and timely product. This candidate should be able to handle multiple complex projects at a time and have the ability to pivot quickly and address any urgent needs with the tools in their scope. This candidate will be heavily utilized and have a strong influence on the shape of the Revenue Management organization’s suite of tools for years to come.

Responsibilities Include
- Full-stack development including design, development, and user experience for products, especially DART, an in-house tool being customized for Revenue Management
- Working in an Agile Project Management and Product Development environment
- Balancing major, long-term projects and ad-hoc projects requested by partners from multiple teams with varying timelines
- Work across divisions to optimize/re-engineer existing processes
- Identify gaps in application functionality and provide robust technical solutions
- Create data infrastructure to optimize business processes
- Identify key business needs, technological limitations, and proactively find creative solutions for complex problems
- Work with stakeholders to interpret business requirements and turn into valuable products with their guidance and buy-in
- React quickly to issues and prioritize fixes when critical
- At least 2 years of Airline experience
- Proven success in understanding and managing complex processes
- Ability to communicate clearly to business stakeholders and leaders
- Ability to work well with diverse groups, thinking and styles in a time sensitive and team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated experience managing and executing multiple priorities in a timely fashion
- Must be results-oriented, solution-focused and possess a strong sense of ownership and business maturity
- Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to create solutions to complex problems
- Must be performing satisfactorily in current role
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Revenue Management and/or application development
- Knowledge of Delta’s commercial data sources
- Project management skills
- Experience working with Agile software development tools (Jira, Rally, Azure Devops, etc)
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- Strong Python experience
- 2 plus years Web architecture and design applying HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Django, Angular or similar technologies
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) full cloud experience including Lamdba, S3, Aurora and pipelines
- Experience using and creating APIs and microservices
