The Painter Tech is responsible for processing parts according to established FAA, OEM, AA’s, ER/A’s and our companies Process Standard procedures in a safe, timely and defect-free manner. Additionally, this technician lays out, masks cabin components using repair manuals, drawings and patterns.

Summary Of Responsibilities
- Reads and complies with approved documentation
- Work ASM duties as directed
- Passing score on tests structured to determine the ability to perform essential job junction
- Strips, sands, and prepares aircraft painting using various methods including spray paint using water base, enamel, and polyurethane base
- Responsible for properly disposing of all waste and cleans work area upon completion.
- Meet the physical requirements
- Certain duties require working in confided spaces
- Prioritize work load for Paint and Laminate crew
- Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operations processes and procedures
- Must have documented surface coating experience.
- Must have 5 years of applicable experience.
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles.
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
