How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)
As a OCC Product Management Intern supporting NEST products, you will:
Support Agile Ceremonies
Attend key agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos. Ensure agendas are prepared with items from the business team, notes are captured, and critical business follow-ups are tracked.
Backlog Oversight
Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog by documenting user stories, updating task statuses, and ensuring alignment with sprint goals. Collaborate with IT and POC teams to keep backlog items clear, actionable, and strategically ordered.
Stakeholder Engagement
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, share updates, and track feedback. Support communication efforts to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- We welcome applicants from diverse academic and professional backgrounds, including those with limited technical experience. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate effectively.
- Must be a current student enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program at a college and/or university.
- Must be able to commit to the duration of the internship.
- Must be able to work onsite in the Atlanta, GA office.
- Have a competitive GPA and be in good academic standing with your university.
- Delta Communications interns are expected to have strong written and oral communication skills, meet deadlines, be thorough, detail-oriented, communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and are excited to contribute ideas and perspectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Intern candidates should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrates that privacy is a priority when handling personal data.

- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
