Product and Strategy Team
Overall Function And Role
- Support the development and implementation of product development and strategy
- Create informational documents and data analysis to support product development strategies
- Prepare reports and dashboards for product and project performance
- Interact with internal and external customers to assist in product development
- Market research & benchmarking
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-year academic institution.
- At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale.
- Must be available to work on a full-time basis for 3 alternating semesters: Fall 2026, Summer 2027, and Spring 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness/ability to learn new skills is required
- Strong organizational, project management, analytic/problem-solving skills, and verbal/written communication skills are essential
- Candidate is team-oriented and highly supportive of continuous improvement methodologies
- This position requires student to work for 3 alternating semesters. Student cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op/Intern at the same time, which may delay graduation by 1-2 semesters.
- Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the Co-op.
- Working as a Co-op/Intern does not guarantee a full-time opportunity at Delta Air Lines upon graduation. This position is intended to provide educational and professional work experience to prepare the student for the workforce.
