As a Crew Technology Strategy Co-Op, you will support the Strategy and PMO team in driving operational efficiency and technology improvements for Crew Resources. You’ll gain hands-on experience in project management, business process analysis, and technology implementation, working alongside Product Managers, Product Owners, and business leaders.

As a Crew Technology Strategy Co-Op, you will support the Strategy and PMO team in driving operational efficiency and technology improvements for Crew Resources. You’ll gain hands-on experience in project management, business process analysis, and technology implementation, working alongside Product Managers, Product Owners, and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project coordination and support the delivery of Crew Technology initiatives, including process mapping, documentation, and implementation activities.
- Help organize and clarify business requirements for technology projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, IFS, FOP, OCC, OAP, ODS, HR)
- Contribute to the development and optimization of business processes by identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support project objectives and decision-making.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights and project findings to stakeholders at various levels.
- Support the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Management content (e.g., SOPs, Glossary of Terminology, team pages).
- Participate in meetings, prepare documentation, and help communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support project goals and deliverables.
- Promote safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
- Working as a Co-op does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation. This position is intended to provide you with educational, and professional work experience to prepare you for the workforce.
- This position requires you to work for 2-3 alternating semesters. You cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op at the same time, which may delay your graduation by 1-2 semesters.
- Rotations: Summer 2026, Spring 2027, Fall 2027
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Self-sufficient and able to complete assignments with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented and able to perform well under pressure.
- Eager to accept responsibility and contribute to value-added projects.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with all levels of the organization.
- Able to commit to three alternating work semesters.
