The Uniform Brand Experience - Product Manager will own strategic product development for all uniform wearing employees by interpreting the feedback provided through employee engagement platforms and collaborating with our uniform partner to deliver a top-notch program.
Partner with the divisions and the design teams to develop product that is Oeko-Tex 100 certified garments that have the following attributes of safe, functional, distinctly Delta, modern premium
Product manager to be the key team member to own the design evolution strategy based on the needs of employees
Own the marketing and communication for the introduction and evolution of the new color pallet
Primary DL uniform contact with Marketing and Consumer insight teams
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Efficient in Excel, Power BI, Microsoft PM tools
Knowledge of Uniform program and inventory management
Well versed in clothing trends, DEI initiatives, and employees' insights
Bachelors degree (BS/BA) or equivalent work experience
3 years in Product management and design experience
Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc.
Demonstrates that privacy is a priority when handling personal data
Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles
Consistently m akes safety and security, of self and others, the priority
