Delta Air Lines is seeking a Duty Manager – Base Maintenance. As a Duty Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide Leadership to Maintenance personnel to ensure a safe, compliant, and highly coordinated operation.
- Prepare and administer frontline employee evaluations, solve technical and personnel issues, communicate and support company policies, and handle administrative action.
- Support departmental goals through LPMs and KPIs.
- Develop, monitor, and adhere to business, operating, and capital plans.
- Develop strategic and tactical plans that promote a safety conscious environment that results in employee safety and well-being.
- Promote continual process and operational improvements.
- Provide guidance and training to assigned personnel.
