What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analyst, Sourcing Operations position at Delta Air Lines, Inc.?
The Procurement Operations Analyst role will facilitate vendor onboarding and resolve tactical issues with the vendor on-boarding process. In addition, this role will be critical to ensuring the creation and execution of all RFP documents across all procurement category teams.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure monthly contract database maintenance routines are executed.
- Ensure the contract ownership assignment remain accurate along with compiling and distributing expiring contract and PO reports.
- Act as a liaison when applicable with suppliers, accounts payable, internal business unit clients and offshore transactional teams to assure that vendors, invoices and purchasing requests are processed in a timely manner.
