Retail Integration Project Manager

Job Summary

The Retail Integration Project Manager will drive the coordination across functional departments for retail acquisitions,
mergers, renovations, and new store openings. This position will follow established playbooks and processes to ensure
that project goals and objectives related to new stores, store renovations and acquisitions are completed on time and
within budget. This position partners with all departments within Pharmacann and is responsible for holding internal
and external stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain excellent partnerships across all company departments
• Engage, motivate and lead multiple departments towards stated goals of meeting operational timelines
• Lead, plan, manage and direct multiple projects at a time, including store acquisition integrations, store
renovation projects, store relocations and new store openings
• In collaboration with the Manager of Integrations, set and maintain strategic priorities and drive the team
towards meeting the completion target dates
• Act as the liaison between Pharmacann and the new company, connecting key partners to ensure the adequate
transfer of information in advance of closing
• Create integration schedules and ensure participation and necessary bandwidth from critical departments to
ensure successful integration
• Travel as needed to lead site surveys, review site readiness, prepare for inspections and manage all site setup
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years retail operations experience, team leadership and project management experience
• Knowledge of or experience in the cannabis industry preferred
• College degree preferred
• Proficiency with google based systems, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel and smart sheets required

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional environment and often requires working in the field at established or future retail
sites. Travel is required up to 50% of the time. Must be able to pass a background check and acquire and agent card in
states where the company operates retail stores.
This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work. Long periods of standing or sitting may be
required. Lifting of packages up to 50 pounds may be required.
