Description
We are looking to hire a detail-oriented Maintenance technician to maintain and repair our facilities. The responsibilities are as follows:
* Perform routine maintenance around the grows, extraction facilities, and stores such as but not limited to drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC equipment maintenance (air filters/coil cleaning), parking lot maintenance, roof repair.
* Repair grow tables and lights as needed.
* Painting, sealing floors.
* Keeping the building in good working order.
* Ensure condensation drain lines are free of debris and draining properly.
* Perform emergency repairs wherever needed promptly and efficiently.
* Keep daily logs and records of maintenance functions.
*The pay range is $17.00-$19.00/hr DOE
Job requirements:
* Must have a valid Colorado Marijuana badge to work in this industry.
* Must have reliable transportation
* Valid driver's license and good driving record.
* Must work well with others and have good verbal and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to occasionally work after hours, weekends and holidays with short notice.
