What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cultivation Facilities Custodian position at Delt/Pharmacann Copy?
Facilities Custodian The Facilities Porter will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, break rooms, grounds, production area and equipment. This includes but is not limited to disposing of waste, generating operations and purchasing orders, stocking, and prioritizing emergency and non-routine requests. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on routine cleaning and special projects as needed.
Work Experience - Two or more years of continuous work experience (in a janitorial and/or maintenance field preferred).
- Solid and seamless work history with longevity of employment history with no gaps of unemployment longer than 3 months than cannot be reasonably explained.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment preferred.
- Takes instructions and follows directions from supervisors to meet quality standards in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates high attention to detail to increase productivity.
- Demonstrates professional and respectful demeanor towards others.
- Demonstrates strong communication with coworkers and management.
- Strong work ethic with team player mentality and positive can-do attitude.
Working Requirements
- Regular and on-time attendance.
- Able to use a computer.
- Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, warehouse, or retail environment or your feet for extended periods of time.
- Able to kneel, bend, reach, rotate, and stoop on a regular basis daily.
- Must be able to climb a ladder and complete required job duties at heights.
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Reliable transportation.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
