DelRicht is seeking a Sales Associate to help interested patients access clinical trial opportunities. What You'll Do
- Maintain a high volume of calls to patients to assess eligibility, answer questions, and explain study requirements. Our marketing and outreach efforts generate warm leads—no cold calling!
- Use the consultative sales, relationship-building, and customer service skills you developed in retail to help patients understand clinical trial opportunities.
- Schedule qualified patients for initial clinic visits and follow up throughout their journey.
- Handle patient calls and partner with clinic and recruitment teams to meet enrollment goals.
- Learn and confidently use new technology and systems to manage patient outreach and follow-up.
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales role; retail supervisors and managers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Comfort learning and using new technology and systems.

- Base rate: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission paid biweekly. Average first-year earnings are approximately $46,000–$54,000, with significantly higher earning potential based on performance.
