Patient Recruiter's Main Objective

The Patient Recruiter is responsible for connecting patients to clinical research opportunities across our site network. In this role, you will:

• Conduct compassionate outbound calls to prospective patients, screening for eligibility and interest in clinical trial opportunities
• Manage a high volume of outbound calls with precision and urgency
• Maintain working knowledge of study indications and patient requirements
• Collaborate closely with clinic and recruitment teams to meet enrollment goals for our clinical trials

Skills Needed to Win

• Required: 1 year of professional experience in a customer-facing sales role
• Required: People-oriented, compassionate phone communication skills
• Required: Openness to share rotating Saturday coverage
• Strongly Preferred: Bachelor's degree
• Preferred: Phone-based experience in a call center, collections, banking, customer service experience in a high-volume, metric-driven environment
• Preferred: Experience upselling, earning commission, or meeting quotas in a metric-driven environment
• Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Compensation and Commission Structure

• The base salary range for this role is $33,000-$40,000, plus commission. Commission is paid biweekly.
• Average first-year earnings are approximately $46,000-$54,000, with significantly higher earning potential for strong performers.
• Our commission structure is uncapped!
