This is a full-time temporary role (approximately 40 hours per week) expected to last 6-8 weeks. We are also open to discussing flexible scheduling. No prior research experience is required -just bring your healthcare background and enthusiasm!

Presently our network stretches across 33 sites throughout the United States in 18 states.

What You Will Do
- Warmly greet and check in patients for clinical visits
- Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments as needed
- Escort or “room” patients when needed to support clinic efficiency
- Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
- Monitor patient wait times and update patients on expected delays
- Assist with scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and organized waiting area
- Communicate efficiently with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Bring a positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude every day
- Prioritize exceptional patient care and contribute to a welcoming, supportive environment
- Balance multiple tasks with focus and efficiency
- Take ownership of responsibilities from start to finish, demonstrating accountability and reliability
- Leverage prior patient care experience while building new skills in clinical research
- Stay coachable and eager to learn, as we value growth and team fit even more than years of experience
- Embrace collaboration with a can-do spirit
