Please Note: This is a temporary, full-time position projected to last 6 months. We are seeking a candidate to work on site, Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5pm.
Licensed Practical Nurse's Main Objective: Deliver excellent care and a positive experience for our clinical research patients.
What you will do:
- Guide patients through every step of their visit to our clinic, including: rooming, vitals, ECGs, documentation, blood draws, charting, and intramuscular injections.
- Perform intramuscular (IM) injections safely and accurately
- Process and ship biological samples according to study protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely patient charting, reviewing your own work for quality and precision
- Capture data from patient questionnaires and enter it into multiple online systems with attention to accuracy
- Your work directly supports groundbreaking clinical trials that move medicine forward!
Skills needed to win:
- Required: Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse certification. Medical Assistant candidates with an active CMA, CCMA, or RMA also welcome!
- Required: Experience and confidence safely administering intramuscular (IM) injections
- Previous Clinical Research experience is not required!
