Responsibilities
- Engage and build relationships with customers to understand their vehicle needs.
- Follow the process and steps the dealership implements
- Provide detailed information and demonstrations of new Buick and GMC vehicles.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to finalizing the purchase.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to foster lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated and eager to learn, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required due to comprehensive training.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Complete training plan provided to ensure your success.
- Holidays Closed: New Years Day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, December 24th (Christmas Eve), December 25th (Christmas).
