Lead Carpenter - Deck/Window Installer

The right person for this position:

The perfect fit for this position is someone who has reliable, has dependable transportation, a good work ethic, has attention to detail, is great with customers, has 5 years of carpentry skills and wants to work on a crew that is building 4-6 decks a month. If you have all of your own tools and equipment, and more than 5 years of deck building experience, the pay will be higher.

Our existing crew is a team of 8 and looking for an additional Carpenter. We are currently booked out until the end of the 2026 and are trying to increase our output by bringing on quality help.

In addition we are looking for a person that also has experience installing both windows and doors. This would open up more opportunity for you specifically since you could be used for both the deck and window/door install crew.

-Most of all of our work is between Quincy, Mansfield and Bourne but we will travel for the right job.

Compensation Package:

-Status: Full-Time
-Schedule: General working hours of Monday-Friday 7AM – 3:30pm.
-Paid Training
-7 Paid Holidays
-5 paid Sick and Vacation days after 60 day probation period
-Simple IRA contribution with company match if so desired after 90 Days.
-Paid weekly via direct deposit
