We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations & Data Analyst to support performance tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency across our sales organization. - Support data organization, validation, and reporting accuracy across systems
- Conduct inventory reviews and billing audits to ensure operational accuracy
- Assist in building and improving internal tools, trackers, and reporting systems
- Collaborate with leadership to provide insights that drive strategic decisions
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Support cross-functional operations, including administrative and coordination tasks as needed
- Gain hands-on experience within a sales-driven environment
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand performance drivers and operational needs
