What You'll DoAs a Wireless Sales Representative, you'll help customers find the right wireless products and services while creating an outstanding in-store experience. We have multiple locations throughout the Cincinnati area.
Your responsibilities include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting every customer.
- Recommend Cricket Wireless phones, accessories, plans, and services based on customer needs.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through consultative selling and upselling.
- Demonstrate wireless devices and accessories to customers.
- Process sales, payments, activations, upgrades, and account changes using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain accurate cash handling and transaction records.
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer retention.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales environment.
- Participate in daily team huddles, sales meetings, and ongoing training.
- Stay up to date on Cricket Wireless products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Assist with inventory management and store operations.
- Supervise store activities when assigned.
- Previous retail sales, wireless sales, customer service, telemarketing, or phone sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and recommend the right solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven retail environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
