Retail Sales Representative
Delphos Wireless is an authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team.
If you enjoy retail sales, customer service, and earning uncapped commission, this is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced wireless environment.
This is an in-store retail position — not remote or telemarketing.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans
- Activate new lines and process upgrades
- Meet and exceed sales and activation goals
- Upsell accessories, protection plans, and add-on features
- Troubleshoot basic phone and account issues
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
- Participate in team sales meetings and performance tracking
What We’re Looking For:
- Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Wireless or mobile phone sales experience is a plus
- Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Weekend availability required
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- $12–$17 per hour (based on experience)
- Uncapped commission

Schedule:
- Monday–Sunday
- Full-time and part-time available
