What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Lead position at DELPHON HOLDINGS INC?
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
A department lead has completed four years of service at UltraTape or has the equivalent of outside experience and has qualified for lead. A lead must have received consistently high level (7 score) evaluations from the supervisor. Must be able to perform and train all UltraTape job skills (10 ) within the department without supervision. Must be able to organize and complete job assignments meeting schedule, quantity and quality requirements on a consistent basis. A lead must have the demonstrated communication and job skills to train other employees. The lead must have demonstrated ability to supervise the department on occasions. The lead must have consistently met or exceeded the supervisors requirements and consistently show their ability to lead others. The lead must have demonstrated to the supervisor and mfg. manager that the lead is capable of becoming the department supervisor.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly, preferably in semiconductor
- MS Office Suites
- Ability to speak, read and write English
