Senior UX Designer

Senior UX Designer | Location: Pawtucket, RI | Contract

A senior UX Designer with extensive experience in enterprise application design and user experience for complex business workflows. This role focuses on designing scalable, user-centered solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and related enterprise platforms, including mobile experiences leveraging Azure Maps.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery efforts to gather, shape, and validate user requirements for new Dynamics CRM workflows and related applications.
• Translate business objectives, user needs, and technical requirements into user journeys, workflow diagrams, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Design intuitive user experiences for enterprise applications that integrate with complex backend systems and business processes.
• Apply human-centered design principles and systems thinking to create scalable, efficient, and accessible experiences.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
• Define information architecture, navigation models, and interaction patterns for new and existing applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, usability, and overall user satisfaction across customer-facing and internal workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to design workflows within the capabilities and constraints of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.
• Ensure user experience decisions align with Dynamics platform functionality, integration requirements, and scalability goals.
• Create workflow documentation, user flows, personas, journey maps, and design artifacts supporting implementation.
• Partner with technical teams to balance user needs with system architecture and business requirements.
• Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Architecture teams to define and deliver solutions.
• Facilitate design workshops and collaborative sessions to align stakeholders around user needs and business goals.
• Ensure design intent is accurately implemented by partnering with development and QA teams throughout delivery.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of design systems, reusable components, and UX best practices.
• Ensure designs align with brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and enterprise UX principles.
• Stay current on UX methodologies, Microsoft ecosystem capabilities, AI-driven user experiences, and industry trends.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, UX Architecture, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise software applications and complex business workflows.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work including discovery, user research, workflow design, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and implementation support.
• Experience designing solutions that integrate with backend systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Experience working with or designing workflows within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.
• Proficiency with Figma, Miro, and modern UX research and prototyping tools.
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, usability testing, and workflow analysis.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments utilizing Jira or similar project management tools.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

• Experience designing mobile experiences leveraging Azure Maps.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms beyond Dynamics CRM 365.
• Knowledge of AI-driven user experience enhancements.
