Key Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate live and on-demand training sessions on generative AI tools, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude.
- Develop engaging learning materials such as guides, job aids, and video content tailored to employees with varying levels of AI fluency.
- Partner with HR and Learning & Development teams to create AI-focused soft skills training, including change management and responsible AI use.
- Track training participation, gather learner feedback, and analyze engagement metrics to enhance program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to stay current on AI tool updates and identify relevant learning opportunities.
- Support the AI training community by contributing content and aligning sessions with organizational policies on data privacy and AI governance.
- Serve as a support resource for employee inquiries regarding AI tools, use cases, and responsible use guidelines.
- 3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or adult education.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience administering enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI or Claude.
- Practical experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in adult education, instructional design, communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability to design and facilitate both live (virtual/in-person) and asynchronous learning programs.
- Familiarity with adult learning theories and their application to AI training.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook.
- Ability to work onsite in New York City three days per week, with an anchor day on Tuesday.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of responsible AI principles and data privacy frameworks.
