Delphi Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a permanent position with a well-established practice in Lowville, NY. This opportunity arises from an upcoming retirement and offers strong patient volume with excellent APP support.
Position Highlights
- Base salary: up to $358,000 (75% MGMA)
- $50,000 start/relocation bonus
- RVU productivity bonus (paid quarterly, >75% MGMA)
- Established practice: 120 patient visits/week
- Minimal call: only 2 3 days/month for primary care group after-hours calls
- Supported by two Family Nurse Practitioners
- Occurrence malpractice coverage
- CME allowance, 6 weeks PTO 7 paid holidays
