Delphi Healthcare, PLLC is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO and assist with day-to-day operations. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Rochester, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar management, meeting coordination, and administrative support
- Provider scheduling across multiple hospital partners
- Event coordination for hospital engagements and donor functions
- Travel arrangements and itinerary management
- Office organization, supply management, and document control
- Project follow-up and communication across internal teams
- Serve as a professional liaison for leadership and external partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- 1–2 years administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday in Rochester, NY
