Pediatrician – Lewis County Health System (Permanent Position)
$340,000 Base Salary | $25,000 Start Bonus | Loan Repayment Eligible
Delphi Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician for a permanent position at Lewis County Health System. This role supports a retiring family physician’s practice and offers the opportunity to help build a new pediatric office while also providing inpatient pediatric and newborn care.
Position Highlights
- Base salary: $340,000 (full-time outpatient practice with inpatient call)
- $25,000 start bonus paid in the first paycheck
- Quarterly RVU productivity bonus (>50% MGMA)
- Call coverage: 10 days/month shared among three providers
- Level 1 Newborn Nursery (fewer than 180 deliveries/year)
- Inpatient pediatric admissions (fewer than 50/year)
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician
- Current PALS, NRP, and BLS certifications
