Responsibilities
- Install laminate and solid surface countertops in residential and commercial properties
- Measure, cut, fit, and secure countertops for a precise finish
- Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and installation specifications
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist in troubleshooting, adjustments, and repairs when needed
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Minimum 5 years of countertop installation experience (laminate and/or solid surface required)
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to read tape measures and installation drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
