CNC Machine Operators
Pay: $23.00–$25.00
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Position Overview
We are seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators with experience in 3-axis machining to join our team. This role involves operating Haas CNC lathes (ST-30/ST-25) and VF-4 vertical mills in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision parts
- Load programs, set tooling, offsets, and work holding (no programming required)
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and GD&T
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
- Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Monitor machine performance and ensure part quality
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety standards and procedures
Requirements
- 3 years of CNC machining experience (mill and/or lathe)
- Experience with Haas machines preferred (ST-30/ST-25, VF-4)
- Ability to read blueprints and pass a print reading test
- Experience with manual equipment (drill press, cut-off saw, hand tools)
- Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
- Familiarity with measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers)
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with multi-axis machining
- Familiarity with ISO or AS9100 standards
- Basic knowledge of CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360)
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
