This position offers a guaranteed base salary of $3,000 per month, with potential to earn more through bonus opportunities.

Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Proven customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer management software.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Obtain and maintain Property and Casualty Insurance License within the first 6 months of hiring.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Assist policyholders with policy changes, endorsements, and billing questions.
• Process new insurance applications and renewals accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information about insurance products and services to clients.
• Help resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update policy information in our system.
