Work You'll Do
- Responsible for coordinating testing efforts that validate system project deployments
- Work with the Workstream Leads to develop the test strategy and test plans
- Identify test requirements, create test scenarios, and oversee the execution of testing activities
- Develops Cutover Strategy, Checklist, and Detailed Cutover Plan / Deployment
- Drives execution of cut-over activities and system change-over activities
- Facilitates cutover dress rehearsal activities with client and drives execution of cut-over activities and system change-over activities

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- 2 years of experience with Workday implementations to include:
- ERP financials and HR implementation, project management cutover and cutover execution, testing management and testing execution
- 2 years of experience in ERP testing tools
- Public Sector Workday Implementation experience
- Experience with at least 1 ERP implementation in which candidate has Client workshop facilitation and coordinating tasks and activity for the client, facilitating sessions involving coordinating multiple departments to get to end goal
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Higher education workday implantation experience
- Workday certified
- Familiarity with smart sheets
- Familiarity with JIRA

Salary : $107,600 - $198,400
