Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:

  • Support the Humanitarian Assistance Response Training (HART) Program Manager in planning, executing, and administering the HART program
  • Support development of engagement concepts, project proposals, and training curricula responsive to U.S. and international military and civilian partner needs.
  • Support delivery of up to 30 Humanitarian Assistance Response Training (HART) courses, using resident, virtual, and blended formats for diverse audiences.
  • Support course planning by monitoring and recording requests for HART courses, communicating with hosting commands, and preparing travel requests for external guest instructors.
  • Support and maintain the Centers learning management system, creating courses, uploading course materials, processing enrollments, sending course notifications, releasing course certificates, and troubleshooting technical issues on student and instructor system access.
  • Support course execution by mailing course reference materials, printing training aids, and uploading and retrieving course survey information. For off-island courses, remotely support instructors in updating course materials and program materials in appropriate IT systems. For on-island courses, identify and reserve training venues and set up/tear down training rooms.
  • Support program administration by maintaining program records, including course master files and attendance records, and updating data in appropriate recording keeping systems

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • 1 years experience supporting civil-military operations, public-private partnerships, and/or humanitarian assistance/disaster response coordination.
  • 1 years experience in program planning and delivering/facilitating trainings, workshops, or engagements for diverse audiences.
  • 1 years experience in managing complex projects and collaborate across organizations and cultures at senior levels.
  • 1 years experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS) or similar travel authorization/expense platforms.
  • 1 years experience with federal travel regulations (JTR, FAR/DFARS) and government travel card management.
  • Ability to travel 5-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Master's degree or higher (e.g., disaster management, international relations, public policy, or related).
  • Experience facilitating multinational trainings/exercises and building partnerships across government, military, and humanitarian organizations

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,750 to $171,250.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
