As a Tax Senior in our Private Wealth Tax practice, you'll work on sophisticated engagements that span individual, fiduciary, partnership, closely held corporation, estate, and gift tax matters. In this role, you'll review tax research and workpapers, support the preparation of tax returns, and help prepare for client meetings tied to compliance and consulting projects. You'll also contribute to tax planning opportunities and help clients understand the implications of important transactions.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related field
- 3 years' experience providing tax planning services or preparing and reviewing client work papers and income tax returns
- One of the following active accreditations obtained, in process, or willing and able to obtain:
- Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA
- If not CPA eligible:
- Licensed attorney
- Enrolled Agent
- Certifications:
- Chartered Financial Advisor (CFA)
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
- Experience reviewing trust documents
- Excellent technology (i.e., Microsoft Excel and compliance software)
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 - 3 days per week
- Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Advanced degree such as MST, JD, or LLM
- Prior Big 4 experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong listening, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Experience articulating conclusions, planning opportunities, and risks identified through research projects
