The International Tax team is responsible for analyzing Deloitte US Firms' presence outside of the US and ensuring that Deloitte US Firms are complying with local tax regulations and filing requirements. The International Tax team is responsible for all non-US entity level tax filings and US international reporting. The International Tax team works closely with other teams in the US Firms Taxes ("USFT") group, and outside stakeholders such as Global Mobility, the Office of General Counsel, and Finance.

Work you'll do
As a Tax Senior, you will be assisting in gathering the information needed for tax filings, including Pillar Two compliance, and preparing quarterly tax accruals. You will be preparing/reviewing Form 8858s and 8865s for the Deloitte US Firms. You will also participate in calls with other stakeholders and help with the information needed to make a Permanent Establishment determination.
Deloitte Services LP includes internal support areas such as Finance and Administration, Talent, Information Technology, Marketing and Communications, and Facilities Management. This Tax Senior role is part of our internal USFT team which is a subset of our Finance and Administration group. The USFT team is responsible for setting the tax policy for the Deloitte US Firms in the US and other countries where it has operations, as well as for all of the domestic and foreign compliance for the Deloitte US Firms' entities.

Work you'll do
As a Tax Senior, you will be assisting in gathering the information needed for tax filings, including Pillar Two compliance, and preparing quarterly tax accruals. - Prepare and review schedules and working papers for the US Firms' US international tax reporting, including Schedule K-2 and Foreign Tax Credit workpapers.
- Assist in the preparation of US international income tax reporting, not limited to Form 8858, Form 8865, Form 5471, and Form 8975.
- Perform tax research as necessary regarding international tax issues affecting the Deloitte US Firms.
- Coordinate with international advisors on non-US filings.
- Prepare quarterly accrual calculations and reconcile foreign tax accrual accounts.
- Submit payment requests for foreign income tax payments.
- Assist in Pillar Two regulations compliance.
- Ensure that all documents are appropriately archived.
- Participate in calls with other teams in order to assist in permanent establishment determination for various projects working outside of the US.
- Assist with implementation of any tax related legislation.
- Make recommendations on business and process improvements related to the Deloitte US Firms tax matters.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Taxation required.
- Eligible for CPA or other relevant certification.
- Three (3) years of prior experience.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Advanced degree
- Experience in a professional services firm.
- Strong knowledge of federal international tax compliance, tax research, and tax planning.
- Strong organizational skill and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to details.

Salary : $69,400 - $142,600
