Senior Power Platform Developer Engineering and Product | Software Engineering Richmond, Virginia, United States Position Summary Our Deloitte AI & Engineering team to transform technology platforms, drive innovation, and help make a significant impact on our clients’ success. You’ll work alongside talented professionals reimagining and reengineering operations and processes that are critical to businesses. Your contributions can help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation. Work You’ll Do As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will: Design, build, and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to streamline processes and improve user experience. Develop and configure Power Automate workflows to automate manual tasks and integrate business processes across Microsoft 365 and other systems. Connect Power Apps solutions to data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and external APIs. Troubleshoot, test, and optimize applications for performance, usability, security, and reliability. Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable low-code solutions. Lead and mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance, reviewing solutions, supporting skill development, and promoting delivery of high-quality Power Apps and Power Automate solutions. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role. 4+ years’ experience in Power Platforms to include a combination of Power Apps, Power Automate and PowerBI. 4+ years’ experience in data analysis. Ability to work onsite 100% of the time in Norfolk, VA. Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred: Active Public Trust clearance.
