The team includes Tax Desks in New York representing 15 countries. GTAC professionals bring experience in foreign tax systems and collaborate with Deloitte Tax practitioners to support client service and business development.

Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related field
- 8 years of experience in international tax, foreign tax systems, or cross-border tax matters
- Experience advising on technical tax issues affecting multinational organizations
- Mentoring junior professionals or leading teams
- Experience managing tax engagements, project workstreams, and client deliverables
- One of the following active accreditations obtained:
- Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA
- If not CPA eligible, one of the other designations listed below based on role requirements and business approval:
- Licensed Attorney
- Enrolled Agent
- Master's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Law, or Business
- Experience working with multinational clients across multiple jurisdictions
- Supporting business development or practice growth initiatives
- Reviewing complex tax issues and presenting recommendations to stakeholders
