Work You'll Do
As a Senior Consultant on our Human Capital team, you will:
- Lead the design, solutioning, and configuration of Workday Payroll module
- Drive end-to-end implementation activities including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment
- Conduct and facilitate client meetings to guide decision-making and drive project milestones
- Provide subject matter expertise on Workday HCM Payroll best practices, enhancements, and optimization opportunities
- Mentor junior team members and oversee the quality of Workday deliverables
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building strong relationships based on credibility and technical acumen

Qualifications
Required:
- 5 years of professional experience delivering Workday HCM solutions
- 3 years of experience driving implementations & configurations of the Workday HCM Payroll module
- Experience leading at least 1 full life cycle implementation of the Workday HCM Payroll module
- Actively Workday Pro US Payroll Services Certified
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel up to 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Salary : $108,000 - $198,000
