As a Senior Manager, you will operate as a market-facing growth leader responsible for originating, shaping, and closing new business while delivering high-impact transformation programs across the Content Supply Chain (CSC) and Marketing Technology ecosystem.
An evolving customer and regulatory landscape, mounting pipeline of next-gen assets and portfolio pressures, and intensifying competition are presenting new organizational and operational hurdles for Life Sciences companies. These complex market dynamics are requiring new levels of rigor and insight in business strategy development and problem-solving, both domestically and globally.
We are looking for practitioners who will work alongside Life Sciences organizations from bio-technology firms to global big pharma to medical devices, to drive business value through end-to-end delivery of solutions based on strategy development for heart of business issues.

Work You'll Do/Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for transaction banking capabilities across payments, cash management, trade finance, and securities services.
- Partner with business, operations, product, and technology stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable architecture solutions.
- Develop target-state architectures, capability models, application landscapes, integration blueprints, and transition roadmaps.
- Lead architecture decisions for modernization initiatives such as platform consolidation, cloud adoption, API enablement, workflow digitization, and data architecture improvements.
- Ensure architecture supports key business priorities including client experience, straight-through processing, resilience, compliance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Provide domain guidance across payment rails, liquidity and cash management services, trade lifecycle processes, and securities servicing functions.
- Establish architecture standards, design principles, governance processes, and solution review mechanisms.
- Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to ensure implementation alignment with enterprise standards and target-state architecture.

Work you'll do
As a Senior Manager, you will operate as a market-facing growth leader responsible for originating, shaping, and closing new business while delivering high-impact transformation programs across the Content Supply Chain (CSC) and Marketing Technology ecosystem.
- Deliver programs across Life Sciences marketing, content supply chain, MarTech, and GenAI
- Lead end-to-end pursuits including pipeline development, RFP responses, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation
- Build and manage a robust pipeline with accountability for sales targets
- Identify whitespace opportunities and develop new offerings and thought leadership
- Lead large-scale transformation programs across DAM, MRM, MLR, and GenAI workflows
- Manage global delivery teams using Agile methodologies
- Act as a trusted advisor across Marketing, IT, and Operations stakeholders
- Translate business needs into scalable technology and GenAI solutions
- Recruit, mentor, and build high-performing teams
- Manage engagement financials, pricing models, and SOW development

Qualifications
Required:
- 10-15 years of consulting experience in Life Sciences or highly regulated industries
- 6 years in a sales-driven role with proven success including pursuits and deal closing
- 6 experience building and managing pipeline and leading RFPs
- 10 years experience with MarTech platforms (Veeva Vault PromoMats, Adobe, Salesforce, etc.)
- 10 years experience leading large-scale transformation programs
- 6 years experience with SOWs, pricing models, and financial management
- 1 years of experience with GenAI, LLMs, and agentic AI solutions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Certifications in Adobe or Salesforce platforms
- Experience with CDP, CRM, and broader MarTech ecosystem
- Background in data science or AI/ML
- Experience with modular content and taxonomy frameworks
- Thought leadership experience (speaking, publishing, etc.)
