As a PROJECT - Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team, you will be responsible for...
- Leading execution of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) program across assigned systems to support compliance with cybersecurity requirements and authorization standards
- Supervising and mentoring a team of junior and senior Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) in the performance of authorization activities, continuous monitoring, and security documentation
- Serving as the primary liaison among technical teams, security stakeholders, and Government representatives to coordinate security requirements, risk decisions, and system authorization efforts
- Overseeing authorization package development, control implementation evidence, assessment support, and documentation required to maintain Authority to Operate determinations
- Tracking risks, remediation activities, and ongoing compliance efforts across assigned systems while supporting issue resolution and program reporting

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 8 total years of professional experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Local to the DC area and able to come onsite 5 days a week.
- 5 years of experience with the following:
- Cyber Assessments
- Cyber Security
- NIST 800-30 for Risk management
- Security Assessment & Authorization
