Procure to Pay Analyst

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Analyst on the project, you will:

• Execute control activities, corrective actions, and Accelerated Audit Plan (AAP) work across assessable units to support audit readiness and sustained control performance.
• Monitor changes to systems, processes, and supporting files that affect controls, and update control documentation, procedures, and related artifacts as needed.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans (CAPs) for Notices of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs), using required templates, policies, and tracking methods to drive timely remediation.
• Design substantive and control testing plans, obtain key supporting documentation, perform testing, and document results in a clear, supportable manner.
• Maintain and update the AAP in SharePoint to organize, manage, and track critical remediation actions and overall audit progress.
• Document meeting minutes and develop briefing materials to communicate status, risks, decisions, and remediation progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support governance and continuity efforts by producing metrics, SOPs, desk procedures, training materials, and other audit support documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline tracking, reporting, and control support activities through automation and improved tools

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Secret security clearance required
• 1 years experience supporting audit readiness, internal controls, corrective action planning, remediation, or compliance-related activitie
• 1 years experience executing or supporting control testing, substantive testing, or documentation review activities
• 1 years experience in a combination of the following areas:
• Developing, tracking, or supporting corrective action plans, remediation milestones, and issue resolution efforts
• Maintaining documentation, SOPs, meeting materials, metrics, and status reporting in SharePoint or similar collaboration tools
• Partnering with stakeholders to to prepare meeting minutes, briefings, and leadership-ready updates
• Ability to work on-site in Prince George County, MD up to 5 days per week
  

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,200 to $105,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
