Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership, Governance & Execution
- Own day-to-day delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives - keeping work within scope, on schedule, and aligned with business priorities
- Lead end-to-end execution of key components of strategic initiatives and projects across the PPMD lifecycle, including workplans, milestones, and quality controls
- Establish and manage governance routines across stakeholders (cadence, decision points, issue escalation), ensuring alignment to firm standards and timelines
- Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining clear stakeholder expectations and delivery accountability
- Diagnose complex problems, identify and assess options, and develop informed recommendations that improve the effectiveness, consistency, and scalability of PPMD lifecycle processes
- Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and executive recommendations for new and evolving programs
- Define and manage rollout of complex initiatives spanning multiple businesses, including requirements gathering, operating model implications, and change impacts
- Identify risks, control considerations, and dependencies; partner with relevant groups to mitigate risk and enable effective execution
- Proactively counsel, advise, and influence stakeholders; facilitate discussions to clarify problem statements, surface tradeoffs, and drive decisions
- Serve as a representative and proxy for PPMD Excellence leadership as needed, maintaining professionalism and discretion
- Build trusted relationships across businesses, channels, and enabling functions to enable collaboration and decision-making
- Develop executive-ready storylines and deliverables for leadership forums, translating complex information into clear recommendations and implications
- Prepare business cases, progress reports, and meeting materials for stakeholders and leaders
- Manage communications planning and execution for process changes and peak-cycle messaging in partnership with PPMD Excellence communications resources
- Manage PPMD Excellence technology and analytics - including oversight of product management staff responsible for day-to-day platform operations, delivery, and stakeholder coordination
- Manage technology and AI-enabled project delivery, coordinating across technical teams, ITS partners, vendors, and internal centers of excellence
- Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses on complex topics; synthesize insights into clear conclusions and actions for leaders
- Oversee related reporting and analytics deliverables, including dashboards, ad hoc requests, and recurring insights
- Translate business needs into technical requirements; manage stakeholder expectations and surface risks early
- Support adoption planning and change management as new initiatives and tools go live
- Bachelor's degree
- 6-8 years in program management, consulting, or a combination - with experience managing both strategic and technical workstreams
- Experience in a professional services environment (or similarly complex, matrixed organization), with strong business judgment and discretion
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through rollout, including work planning, stakeholder alignment, and execution
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills - ability to structure ambiguous problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and develop recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development and facilitation
- Proven ability to counsel, influence, and partner effectively with stakeholders across all levels
- Experience designing or improving technology and AI-enabled solutions; ability to serve as connective tissue between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- High degree of professionalism and integrity; ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Deloitte business experience
- MBA or Master's degree
- Familiarity with the PPMD lifecycle and partnership models
- Location: Remote-first within the US
- Travel: Occasional - one to four times per year to support leadership meetings and attend team meetings
