Work you'll do
As an Oracle HCM Absence/Time & Labor Lead, you will:
Lead functional activities for the Oracle Absence/Time & Labor workstream to include planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, etc.
Assist clients in addressing their most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Absence and Time & Labor functions through leading-edge systems and processes
Define, build and implement enhancements to Absence and Time & Labor processes and structures to improve its alignment to business objectives and help drive business results
Coordinate with other workstreams within the project for defining an integrated solution
Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects

Qualifications:
Required:
3+ years of professional experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions
Experience with leading at least one full life cycle functional workstream for an Oracle HCM Cloud implementation; specifically, for the Absence and Time & Labor module(s)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle HCM Time & Labor/Absence certified
Salary : $108,000 - $198,000
