Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:
- Provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll applications
- Apply strong knowledge of Payroll and Benefits technical requirements to support ongoing processing, configurations, and compliance-aligned needs
- Resolve incidents and production issues end-to-end, including triage, root-cause analysis, prioritization, and stakeholder communications to meet service levels
- Design and deliver enhancements (requirements through deployment) to improve payroll/benefits functionality and user experience
- Partner with functional, technical, and client teams to stabilize operations and drive continuous improvement across the Oracle Cloud HCM landscape

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
- 1 year of hands-on experience with the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module to include payroll configuration/support, troubleshooting payroll results, and resolving payroll-related incidents and defects
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 1 year of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) / Application Management Services (AMS) experience providing post-go-live support to include incident/request management, SLAs, enhancements, and continuous improvement in a production environment
