As a Delivery Senior Consultant, AI and Analytics Solutions on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for:

Our Business Finance offering enables finance to drive strategic value through transformation and synchronization of planning, costing, budgeting and forecasting across finance and other functions. Using advanced, scalable data and tech platforms, we also generate actionable insights and analytics, streamline decision making and enable data driven profitable growth. Manages risk and opportunities associated with diverse and complex grant programs through end-to-end grants management solutions.
This opportunity sits within our Deloitte US Delivery Center model, which is dedicated to driving impactful business services. Work you'll do
As a Delivery Senior Consultant, AI and Analytics Solutions on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for:
- Configure and develop OneStream solutions that support planning, budgeting, forecasting, close and consolidation, and reporting processes aligned to established solution designs
- Build and maintain business rules, including calculations, validations, allocations, and transformations, using OneStream development tools and delivery standards
- Support data management activities, including data loads, mappings, transformations, reconciliations, and error handling within OneStream and comparable corporate performance management platforms
- Develop scripts and queries using VB.NET and Structured Query Language (SQL) to support automation, integrations, and issue resolution
- Execute testing activities, resolve defects across workflows, data loads, reports, and business rules, and support stable releases
- Produce technical documentation, including configuration notes, rule logic descriptions, deployment steps, and runbooks, to support repeatable delivery and ongoing operations
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience developing and configuring OneStream solutions
- 3 years of experience creating business rules and performing data management in OneStream, Hyperion, or SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC)
- 3 years of experience scripting in VB.NET or Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
